Terms of Service

By registering for GENZUO you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

GENZUO is a creator-economy platform where creators publish content, build communities, and (once payments launch) monetize their audience through subscriptions, tips, and digital products. Some features described in the product are in active development and may not be fully available yet.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@genzuo.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

Creators are responsible for the content they publish, including ensuring they have the rights to any media they upload and that pricing and tier descriptions are accurate. Creators must clearly disclose what a subscriber receives at each tier.

You may not use GENZUO to post or share content involving minors in any sexual context, non-consensual content, hate speech, harassment, content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or content that is illegal under Czech or EU law. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule, with or without notice.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By publishing it on GENZUO, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display it as necessary to operate the Service.

Paid subscriptions, tips, and purchases are not yet live. When payments launch (via Stripe Connect), we will publish the applicable platform fee, payout schedule, and refund policy here before you are charged anything.

Once subscriptions are live, you will be able to cancel a paid tier at any time from your settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law.

If you believe content on GENZUO infringes your copyright or other rights, email hello@genzuo.co with a description of the content and your rights. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, or request deletion via hello@genzuo.co. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a safety risk, or as required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" while GENZUO is in active development, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GENZUO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify GENZUO against claims arising from content you publish or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Czech courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms as GENZUO evolves; material changes will be announced before they take effect. Questions? Email hello@genzuo.co.
